Sunday came and went but we had the privilege of having the Lock boys over for a bit of lamb after a magic day at Universal Studios Singapore. I’ll not repeat the entire recipe because you can find it here:  What I will do though is post a few photos of how you can happily grill up a small and tasty lamb rack on a Mini Big Green Egg…Enjoy!
